Events during 2011
In preparation for the 2011 season, work has concentrated on refurbishing the Medieval Room, with new display cases allowing more space for exhibits. Following the closure of the Malvern Water bottling plant in Colwall, Coca Cola Enterprises have kindly allowed us to display some interesting artefacts, as an extra exhibit in the Victorian Room.
In 2010 Malvern Musuem was delighted to win the Best of the West award for best volunteer-run museum in the West Midlands, and the Museum has also achieved MLA Accreditation.
